This intelligent and visually appealing game, Stenciletto, is designed to enhance visual and spatial perceptual skills. It can be enjoyed as a relaxing activity or as part of your regular brain training routine. With its enjoyable and challenging gameplay, Stenciletto offers a delightful experience.
The game is elegantly simple. Your objective is to tap the geometric stencils in the correct sequence to match the displayed design. However, don't be fooled by its simplicity – it's more challenging than it appears. While playing, you can feel your brain actively working to solve the puzzles.
"Just a minute - let me think!" your brain tells you.
After just a few games, however, it becomes much easier, even as the designs become more abstract. Your brain starts to memorize the shapes and recognize common patterns. You also develop the ability to self-correct your mistakes and gain confidence in your skills.
What makes Stenciletto so engaging is its requirement to combine visual and spatial perceptions. It's like performing two tasks simultaneously – tapping your head while rubbing your belly – but with geometric shapes! You need to identify shapes and colors while arranging them in the correct order, engaging both sides of your brain at once. It's tricky, but certainly not impossible!
To maintain an optimal level of cognitive stimulation, Stenciletto offers four progressively challenging levels:

 <li>Seven Steps: This free training level is designed to boost your confidence by familiarizing your brain with the shapes, combinations, and recurring patterns necessary for the next level.</li>
 <li>Four & More: As a logical progression from Seven Steps, this level consists of eight games that gradually increase in difficulty, ensuring consistent mental stimulation.</li>
 <li>Challenge: The most challenging level, it builds upon the skills acquired from Four & More. This level features nine progressively complex games to keep your brain engaged and stimulated.</li>
 <li>Easy Threes: Specifically created for beginners, children, or individuals struggling to recognize shapes, this level utilizes only three shapes. The games do not increase in difficulty as you progress, providing a suitable option for players with cognitive impairments.</li>

Perseverance and motivation are vital components of success. To recognize your progress and incentivize continued effort, Stenciletto rewards you with smileys upon completing a game. Notably, these smileys are not your ordinary ones! They resemble renowned fictional, historical, mythological, fairytale, and folklore characters. You can store your earned smileys in your Smiley Bank to use or share as you please.
The interface of Stenciletto is innovative, beautiful, and distinctive. Every graphic within the game is freshly drawn using scalable vectors for a visually appealing experience across all devices.
The game is inspired by Dr. Grace Arthur's groundbreaking Stencil Design Test, an assessment she developed to measure visual and spatial perception – crucial cognitive skills often overlooked by traditional IQ tests. Her work revolutionized IQ testing by acknowledging the significance of non-verbal games in evaluating intelligence. Consequently, all modern IQ tests now feature non-verbal challenges.
